NAPEAGUE BEACH, NY - Today is the 28th day of our 40-day series of free 30-minute yoga classes livestreaming Monday - Friday for the Summer from the Hamptons. It goes for 8 weeks from July 13th to September 4th, 2026. Each day will be broadcast from a different beach in the Hamptons (weather permitting), starting at Cooper's Beach in Southampton and going east until Montauk. All levels are welcome. This is a great way to start your day with 30 minutes of attention to your serenity and ease in movement. Classes will range from pranayama to asana to unique approaches to yoga.
Sally Stryker is a certified yoga instructor and former professional dancer. She has been teaching yoga for 10 years and brings a lot of her knowledge of the body from her dancing days. www.sallystryker.com
