Remkus de Vries - PressConf EU 2026

What happens when nearly 20 years of WordPress experience meets the biggest shift the web has seen in years? In this episode, Matt Medeiros from WP Minute sits down with Remkus de Vries, one of the speakers joining us at PressConf Europe in Barcelona. They talk about how AI is changing the way we build, manage, and think about WordPress—and what that means for the future of web professionals. Remkus also shares his thoughts on WordPress moving upmarket, the changing economics of web work, and how professionals can differentiate themselves in an increasingly AI-driven industry. He also gives us a preview of his PressConf Europe talk, “Inward and Outward,” where he’ll explore what it takes to become a better web professional. 📍 PressConf Europe — Barcelona, Spain 📅 October 27–30, 2026 🔗 PressConf Europe: https://pressconf.events/locations/ba... 🔗 Remkus de Vries: https://pressconf.events/speakers/rem... 🎟️ Get your tickets: https://pressconf.events/locations/ba...
