Becky Holden Lecture demo, what is the school of légèreté.

This is a demonstration I did, introducing the fundamental principles for the School of Lérèreté. In the demonstration, I emphasised the significance of neck extension and the action-reaction flexion, illustrating how these concepts contribute to producing a balanced and flexible horse. I also demonstrate the significance of starting your horse's training on the ground and i thank Jennifer Brown and her section D Oskar for demonstrating so well.
