A DAY IN OUR LIFE: 5AM–11PM 🏒 | No School, Training & Grocery Shopping

A DAY IN OUR LIFE: 5AM–11PM 🏒 In this vlog, we’re taking you along for a full day in our life as 16-year-old hockey players living in Sweden! 🇸🇪 From waking up at 5AM, training, eating, grocery shopping and recovering, to everything that happens in between. Since we’re taking a gap year from school to focus on hockey, our days look a little different right now. We’re learning how to balance training, recovery, food, everyday life and living on our own in a new country at just 16. It’s definitely a busy life, but we’re so excited to bring you along and show you what a normal day looks like for us! 🫶🏼🏒 FOLLOW OUR JOURNEY 📸 Instagram: @hky.sisters 🎵 TikTok: @hky_sisters ▶️ YouTube: @heidimaddisonbt 📩 Business / Collabs: Helloheimilena@gmail.com If you enjoyed the vlog, don’t forget to LIKE, SUBSCRIBE & turn on notifications 🔔 More hockey, training, athlete lifestyle, Sweden and life at 16 coming soon! 🏒🇸🇪✨ DayInOurLife #DayInTheLife #DailyVlog #Vlog #LifestyleVlog #HockeyVlog #HockeyLife #HockeyPlayer #HockeyPlayers #AthleteLife #AthleteVlog #SportsVlog #TrainingVlog #WorkoutVlog #FitnessVlog #MorningRoutine #5AMRoutine #DailyRoutine #ProductiveDay #TeenVlog #TeenLife #LifeAt16 #LivingAlone #LivingAbroad #MovingAbroad #SwedenVlog #LifeInSweden #SwedenLife #TwinSisters #TwinVlog #SisterVlog #DanishTwins #GirlAthletes #FemaleAthlete #WomensHockey #GirlsHockey #IceHockey #U18Hockey #HockeyGirl #HockeyGirls #RoadToPro #ProAthlete #StudentAthlete #GapYear #GapYearVlog #GroceryShopping #HealthyLifestyle #AthleteNutrition
