Responsible AI Use In Research And Teaching: Hein told Zheng that AI can support brainstorming, language improvement, learning, and coding, but researchers and students must understand, validate, and explain AI-generated content rather than delegate their academic work to AI.33:12
Teaching Opportunities During The PhD: Hein answered Zheng’s questions about student-facing experience by explaining that teaching is not compulsory in their Brunei program, although supervisors provide opportunities for presentations, sharing sessions, and occasional instruction in public-health and programming topics.37:59
Future Research And Implementation Plans: After completing the PhD, Hein plans to validate the prostate-cancer model prospectively, publish their longitudinal-data approach, develop a dementia-risk tool using video and audio, and pursue targeted public-health implementation research through postdoctoral collaboration.44:17
