Unlike other pans, roasting turkey can entail many hours inside the oven, like 4-5 hrs to ensure it's properly cooked....but not with Saladmaster. Roasted/Baked in two hours (lid closed) plus 15 minutes broiling (with an open lid)...THE RESULT??? it is juicy and flavorful and it kept the dignity of the turkey.
