This is why Kuro is killing quickswap S2. Pt 4, Feat, Hiyuki, Changli, Chisa TOA 40

This video shows Hiyuki, Ciaccona and Chisa clearing TOA 40 in spite of Changli being over 2 years old and having less on paper synergy with the Hiyuki Chisa duo through quickswapping, a feature of Wuthering Waves that Kuro Games has been repeatedly undermining since version 3.x. This tower also has increased HP compared to TOA 39 due to the increasingly specific shill buffs + the regular HP inflation from greedy old Kuro Games.
