Monnierara Millennium Magic "witchcraft" repot: bark to pumice

Hi All, Today we repot a little Monn Millennium Magic "witchcraft". It's coming out of dormancy and putting out one new root, so now is the perfect time to get it out of bark and into my preferred setup of pumice. We are using dry pumice as catasetum type orchids will abort new root growth if they contact water before they are about 10 to 15 cm (4 to 6 inches ) long
