As many locals and food lovers say, if you're after an authentic Thai dish, skip the Pad Thai for a moment and dive into a bowl of boat noodles. We worked up an appetite by strolling across Benjakitti Forest Park's skywalk, taking in Bangkok's stunning skyline and towering skyscrapers along the way.
