UPDATED BEST RAFA MANTRA BUILD!!! Solo all content!!! Borderlands 4 build guide

This is an update to my mantra Rafa build. We are using some cool new tricks to really crank up the damage and using ground breaker to absolutely delete bosses. A few skill points have been moved around and specializations are more optimized. This leads to extremely easy Subjugator and Thol platinum runs. I have not taken it through mayhem 20 takedown runs but i expect it to struggle a bit with the insane amounts of health. This build was not supposed to be a mayhem 20 build, it was supposed to be a fun breath of fresh air for Rafa players. A new build to play with, but with the changes made in this video I believe its a much more meta viable build. Let me know what you think about it in the comments. Y'all have a great day!
