This Premier Inn Newcastle City Centre (Quayside) offers a convenient location along the vibrant Quayside, with scenic river views and easy access to local attractions. Whilst the staff were helpful however, this Premier inn hotel shows signs of wear, with dated interiors, occasional maintenance issues, and functional inconveniences such as limited power sockets and inconsistent showers. While my room was in a neglectful state some find the rooms clean, some reviews highlight lapses in housekeeping. A refurbishment and improved maintenance could greatly improve this hotel.
