This is the first sheet music video, which will be part of a series! I plan on eventually creating sheet music videos for all my compositions. ____________ 📙 Backstory: "Bittersweet Memories" is an original composition I wrote in August 2022. It's about reflecting on one's life and journey past, especially as one stumbles upon a memento. ____________ ✨ Highlights: I choose to go back and forth between the key of Ab major, and it's relative minor - F minor, using the same melody. This creates that contrast between happier and sadder emotions. -This key was chosen over other keys because it still allows depth of the lower tones of the piano to shine through while not letting the sound getting too muddy. -The bassline is purposeful and almost moves up and down diatonically. This also adds to that nostalgic feeling, having to use inversions and giving the chords almost a mixed nostalgic quality. ____________ 📄 Credits: Composed and performed by: Edin Kaso (me) Notation/Engraving done by: Edin Kaso (me) ____________ ‍‍💛 Support me: Patreon:   / edinkasomusic   Instagram:   / edinkaso_composer   TikTok:   / edinkaso_composer   Facebook:   / edinkasomusic   Twitter:   / edinkaso   Donations/Tips: https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/edinkaso Sheet Music Shop: https://edinkaso.myshopify.com/ Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/artist/03fFg...
