What Is Integrated Student Supports?

At Communities In Schools, integrated student supports is a coordinated approach to ensuring schools and students are connected to the resources they need when they need them. It is about helping students navigate what is available in their communities and ensuring greater and easier access to those basic needs, mental health, tutoring, mentoring, job readiness, and other much-needed resources. It is what Communities In Schools has done for almost 50 years in partnership with schools and communities nationwide. Visit https://www.communitiesinschools.org/ to learn more.
