Disclaimer & Context: I’m just an eMTB enthusiast and hobby rider sharing my honest impressions after riding these bikes on local trails. This video comes from a pure passion for trail riding and an excitement for how rapidly eMTB technology is evolving. Of course, comparing an entry-spec bike directly to a previous-gen flagship isn't entirely fair on paper—the suspension, forks, and carbon wheels on the S-Works are simply in a different league. But what you do get out of the box with the Amflow PR Carbon is wild: wireless shifting, plus included essential tools like a digital shock pump, integrated bike light, and a dedicated torque wrench right in the box. Having also ridden the Specialized Turbo Levo Gen 4, that experience serves as a key benchmark for this test. Remarkably, even in the context of newer flagships, this entry-level Amflow PR Carbon takes a clear lead in overall motor responsiveness, instantaneous power delivery, and sheer trail fun (going upwards). Riding Style: I ride almost exclusively in Trail Mode to keep the power delivery natural while maintaining efficiency. Price Correction: In the video, I accidentally refer to the Amflow PR Carbon's price in dollars, but the current retail price at the time of recording is €5,000 (5,000 EUR). Spec Comparison: Amflow PR Carbon: DJI Avinox M2 Motor | 125Nm Torque | 1100W Peak Power | Custom Power Modes Specialized S-Works Levo Gen 3: Specialized 2.2 Motor (Brose) | 90Nm Torque | 565W Peak Power Whether you're curious about the new DJI Avinox M2 system or wondering if modern entry-level tech is overtaking high-end flagships, I hope this real-world test gives you a clear picture from a rider's perspective!
