Daughters of Starlight

Hypatia of Alexandria was a mathematician, astronomer, philosopher, and teacher who lived in Egypt around 1,600 years ago. She taught openly, advised leaders, studied the movements of the heavens, and became one of the most respected minds of her time. In 415 CE, she was murdered by a mob during a period of political and religious conflict in Alexandria, becoming a lasting symbol of the cost of silencing wisdom. Daughters of Starlight honours the women who carry wisdom, curiosity, and courage across the centuries. #SpiritualWomen #Hypatia #AncientWisdom #DivineFeminine
