Guitar Volume, Treble Bleed Mod Circuit Build

Welcome! In this video I build 3 treble bleed circuits for volume stabilization with mini capacitors and resistors. I show how easy it is to DIY these helpful and corrective mods. Check out my other content on Instagram/@etmdesign_productions. In this video I am using Axegrinders .022uf 400v caps and 150k generic metal film resistors to build out a treble bleed circuit in a series-parallel configuration. The circuits get installed on the input/output lugs of a guitar’s volume potentiometer(s). AKA pots. This is an easy mod you can do yourself that costs only a fraction of what it would if you purchased the complete circuit on-line already put together. In this video I address why this mod is useful, what it does for your sound, and the different levels of caps for hotter pickup setups. Next week I will be posting a telecaster wiring parallel/series 4-way configuration with 500k pots for a heavier/hotter sounding mod on a tele. I use one of these resistors.
