Natural Resources & Intangible Assets (Lesson 9.5)

In this video, we turn our attention to other long-term assets that behave similarly to fixed assets: Natural Resources and Intangible Assets. We first look (briefly) at natural resources and depletion (similar to depreciation), which is sometimes skipped entirely at this level. The majority of our time is spent looking at intangible assets and amortization (also similar to depreciation). Because these tend to be more common (in business and in everyday life), we spend considerably more time discussing these!
