The Most Insane Lines & Scenes from Pepper Ann

Pepper Ann is a Disney cartoon from the ‘90s that I decided to check out because why not. Just like Lizzie McGuire, this is definitely one of those Seinfeld-esque shows as there’s nothing really special about it overall. But while watching, there were several moments where I was either like “This certainly aged interestingly” or “How the f*** did they get away with this”. I think that some of the clips I’m showing here would not slide today.
