Ragnaros Unleashed, Medivh Possessed | Warcraft Lore — Episode 4

A dwarf summoned Ragnaros to win a war. Aegwynn defeated Sargeras's avatar—and carried his spirit into Medivh's future. Draw nearer to the fire. The Horde Chronicler follows Dath'Remar Sunstrider's exile, the birth of the Sunwell, Thoradin's pact, the War of the Three Hammers, Hakkar's hunger, and the hidden inheritance that awaited Medivh. Episode 4 — The Long Age After TIMELINE: This chapter spans several eras after the Great Sundering, from ancient elven exile and the Troll Wars to the centuries and decades before the First War. The narrative explicitly returns to earlier Guardian history; the dwarven war and Aegwynn's battle are not one continuous year. WoW Forever's uneasy-peace present is the chronicle's frame. RESEARCH & CONTINUITY Adapted from Chapter IV, pages 25–31 of The Chronicler of Azeroth — Horde edition. This is an unofficial dramatic adaptation including the sourcebook's interpretations and custom continuity. The Chronicler's first-person reflections are original dramatic interpretation, not canonical quotations. The ancient Sorcerer-Thane Thaurissan is distinguished from the later Emperor Dagran Thaurissan. Aegwynn defeats an avatar, not Sargeras's entire titan body. The mist-hidden land remains a distant tale from this chronicle's viewpoint. Blizzard references: https://news.blizzard.com/en-gb/artic... https://news.blizzard.com/en-gb/artic...
