Without Penalties: 1.35 1.56 1.53 (2.06) (1.17) = 1.48 With Penalties: +3.35 1.56 (1.53) 2.06 (DNF) = im not calculating that because ik it sucks THIS IS THE ULTIMATE FORM OF COPING 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 nah but seriously this realization helped me with the poor comp results today, even if it's without penalties. It really does show that NR is possible. Even if, the penalties I got were very preventable and I still would've got good times without them if I turned well.
