Bubsy 4D - Any% Speedrun in 59:50

This was done as a "blind race" with friends where we take a new game or a game we haven't played and see who can complete it first. Bubsy 4D was a game we all got to play at PAX West last year and at that time we knew we wanted to race the game when it came out, so we did!
