Prior expectations and project indicators | with Alessio, Christian & Emiliano

What happens when the project you imagined doesn't quite match the one you find? In this episode, we sit down with Alessio, Christian, and Emiliano — three volunteers from different teams — to talk about the gap between expectations and reality when arriving at a project for the first time. From project indicators to the mental shift required when things look different than planned, they reflect on what it actually means to show up somewhere new with an open mind — and let the experience reshape what you thought you knew.
