Our very own 4" sewer main had extensive damage causing backups at our CNC shop. After scoping and cleaning the line with the Raptor Cutter, we found the worst damage in a 90° bend — likely from being crushed, with offsets, cracks, and holes throughout.
We patched the 90 with a Versa-Patch (using calibration liner instead of tube, since bends require it), then lined the remaining 149'1" with UV XAIR. Follow along through prep with Protect & Pull, tail and remote start gluing, resin impregnation, calibration, inversion with Sure Shot, and UV curing — ending in a fully structural repair with no reinstatements to cut, built to last 50+ years.
