My Baby's First Week of Food

Excited to share this first video on our channel of Shiloh’s journey of starting her first week of solids when she was just 6 months old. You’ll see a mixture of both baby led weaning and purees. I included all of the recipes in the video with minimal amount of cooking and added breastmilk to every meal.
