2007 Audi S8 (A8) D3 V10 - Always-Open Exhaust Flap Mod

The Audi S8 (and many other Audis of this era) has twin tip exhausts, 2 from each of the two mufflers. One of each exhaust tip in each muffler has a vacuum operated flap that either stays closed and blocks exhaust or opens (under higher engine load) and allows more exhaust to bypass the muffler, thereby creating more sound. A standard mod is to hold these exhaust flaps open all the time using zip ties. This is actually more of a pain in the butt than you might imagine, and typically fails to hold the flaps 100% open. This is a way to more easily and more quickly add a mod that will hold them 100% open all the time, just using two worm-drive hose clamps.
