SNES Rainbow Road Remix - Mario Kart

Hey all! Here's a little remix I slapped together about a week ago. I was playing Mario Kart 8 Deluxe on my Switch (I'm trying to 100% it XD) and I had forgotten how pretty the theme for SNES Rainbow Road is! I love the way the main synth in the background slides up to each chord and was itching to emulate the effect, so I opened up my DAW and put together this remix! I think the hardest part of this was figuring out a good suite of instruments for the main melody that helped add character to the song while also ensuring it didn't sound "empty".
