Residência Rossa DEZ 2025

Jurerê Internacional Set in the prestigious coastal enclave, the most premium neighborhood in the Capital of Santa Catarina, Jurerê Internacional, this project reimagines a substantial residence through a contemporary design joining tropical luxury, visual sophistication, comfort, and a seamless and functional connection with the outdoors. Spatial Transformation This comprehensive renovation preserves the solidity of the existing residence while completely redesigning the ground floor. Improved accessibility, clearer circulation, and the reorganization of leisure and living areas establish an intuitive and fluid spatial experience. Materiality & Landscape Pure, natural materials, a warm and welcoming color palette, and clean architectural lines define the new language. Refined tropical landscaping integrates the leisure areas with the architecture, creating an elegant and timeless expression of luxury. Cadu Garcia
