ep 38 the delicate art of balance with teo amari

traveled to london, ontario to bring teo amari back on the podcast. we’d talked about making this happen for so long, and it finally made it out of the group chat. since our last conversation, so much has changed for teo, both in life and in his artistry. his relationship with music has evolved, and so has his understanding of what it means to pursue his dreams. we also get into the delicate balance between ambition and contentment. what it means to chase something bigger while remaining grounded in the life we already have, finding joy in the things that can't be measured, and recognizing that so much of what makes life meaningful is already within us and around us. follow him @teoamari
