Taobat to Keran 🏍️ Dangerous Off-Road & Sharda Temple | Day 6

DAY 6 | 28 DAYS PAKISTAN MOTORCYCLE TOUR 🇵🇰🏍️ Welcome back to YK Musafir! Day 6 of my 28 Days Pakistan Motorcycle Tour begins in the beautiful village of Taobat, located in Neelum Valley, Azad Kashmir. After spending an unforgettable time in Taobat, I started my return journey towards Keran, riding through some of the most challenging off-road tracks in Neelum Valley. 🏍️ DANGEROUS OFF-ROAD RIDE TO PHULLAWAI The road from Taobat to Phullawai was full of rocks, steep climbs, and difficult off-road sections. The biggest challenge was the steep and rocky climb at Phullawai. Even though my Yamaha YBR 125G was almost completely unloaded, the bike struggled to climb the hill. I tried my best to complete the climb while riding, but halfway up, the motorcycle lost momentum and stopped. Eventually, I had to get off and carefully push the bike uphill. I had already sent my luggage towards Kel through local transport the previous day to make this difficult ride easier. However, I later discovered that my luggage had reached Sharda instead. ☕ PHULLAWAI TO KEL After successfully crossing the difficult section, I stopped in Phullawai for a refreshing cup of tea and some Bakarkhani before continuing towards Kel. My original plan was to visit Arang Kel, one of the most beautiful destinations in Neelum Valley. However, because of the demanding hike and my physical exhaustion, I decided to cancel the Arang Kel visit. 🏛️ EXPLORING SHARDA'S ANCIENT HERITAGE From Kel, I continued my motorcycle journey towards Sharda, where I explored the historic Sharda Peeth, an ancient temple and learning site situated near the Neelum River. I captured the historic ruins, surrounding mountains, and beautiful scenery of this remarkable location. 🏞️ SHARDA TO KERAN After exploring Sharda, I continued riding towards Keran, enjoying the breathtaking landscapes, small bridges, mountain roads, and scenic viewpoints along the way. I also explored views towards the Line of Control (LOC), which separates the two sides of Kashmir. Finally, I reached Keran, where I ended Day 6 of my motorcycle adventure and stayed overnight.
