Skyline Drive Canon City Colorado - Entire Route

Skyline Drive is a 2.6-mile scenic drive along the top of a narrow, 800-foot high razorback ridge in Cañon City Colorado. Skyline Drive is a public road that was built with inmate labor from Canon City area prisons in the early 1900's. Nearly 100 years later, dinosaur footprints were discovered near the top.
