What We Carry Forward | IPS Packaging & Automation Celebrates 50 Years of Service

Fifty years is a remarkable milestone. But this story isn’t really about a number. It’s about people. The people who built IPS from the ground up. The people who gave someone a chance, shared what they knew, offered support, challenged others to grow, and helped turn coworkers into family. In this short film, five team members from different chapters of our story reflect on the people who shaped them—and what they hope to pass along to those who come next. That is how a legacy lives. Not simply through what a company accomplishes, but through the values, lessons and relationships its people carry forward. To everyone who helped build the first 50 years of IPS: thank you. Your influence is still moving through our halls, our teams and the work we do every day. Built by those who came before us. Carried forward by all of us. The next fifty starts now. #IPS50Years #BuiltByPeople #CarryingItForward #PackagingIsAwesome ------------------------------------------------------- © IPS Packaging & Automation https://www.iPack.com or call 800-277-7007
