100th CHURCH OF GOD GENERAL CONVENTION | Mission Experience | South Sudan

He said to them “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation” Mark 16:15 Hello friends, I am Christo Varughese, a missionary educator from India who came to one of the remote villages in South Sudan with a dream to equip and encourage them for a better future. Raised in a pastoral family, I had the calling for ministry from young age. I gave up my secular education and work to dedicate my life for full time ministry. After graduating Bachelor of Divinity, I chose South Sudan, a newly formed nation in Africa as my pioneer mission work station. Mission life in South Sudan is not without challenges. This is one of the world's most underdeveloped nations. It has suffered ethnic violence and endured a civil war which made the humanitarian situation worse. South Sudan still remains impacted by poverty, economic stagnation and instability. The life of people here is distinct, where most of them live in a famine-like condition. Want to know more about the life, culture and challenges in South Sudan? The link below will take you to my vlogs where I have tried to capture the real South Sudan life, culture, food, and much more experiences that are new to our eyes. Asking for your earnest prayers and support for the mission in South Sudan, Your brother in Christ, Christo Varughese #churchofgod #convention #christianmessage #testimony #churchofgodinindia #worldmissionsocietychurchofgod #worldmission #centennial #generalconvention #africa #southsudan
