The Ship More Haunted Than the Queen Mary (ft. Sam & Colby) Duke of Lancaster

Today we’re stepping aboard one of the most legendary abandoned ships in the UK — the TSS Duke of Lancaster — with ‪@samandcolby‬ This may be one of the first full YouTube explorations and paranormal investigations ever filmed inside the Duke of Lancaster, and possibly the first on this scale. After sitting abandoned on the coast of North Wales for decades, we were given the chance to explore deep inside the ship and investigate whether something else still remains aboard. Built by Harland & Wolff in Belfast in 1956, the same shipyard famous for building the Titanic, the Duke of Lancaster originally operated as a passenger ferry between England and Northern Ireland and was also used for European cruises. It was later converted into a car ferry before being retired in 1978. National Historic Ships In 1979, the ship was permanently brought to Llanerch-y-Mor in North Wales and transformed into a massive entertainment and retail complex known as “The Fun Ship.” Plans even existed to turn it into a huge floating hotel, but after years of legal battles and complications, the project eventually disappeared and the vessel was left behind. National Historic Ships Now, nearly 70 years after the ship was built, Sam, Colby and I are going inside to explore its abandoned decks, rooms and corridors — and when night falls, we're attempting a full ghost investigation.
