Update on the 1994 Mercedes R129 SL600. Stuck in Mercedes Hell as MANY things are broken!!!!

Updates on the suspension and convertible top both of which are very broken. I give some insight on how I teach myself how to fix problems like this including searching forums and sourcing parts and repairs.
