Christian Morning Music & Scripture | Fishing Morning on the Galilean Shore — 1h 59m

Begin the day beside a reconstructed Galilean fishing shore with instrumental music and the calling of the first disciples in Mark 1:14–20. THE SCENE Boats and nets sit near the water while Charlie sleeps at a settled shore-side resting place. The exact shoreline, household and morning light are artistic choices; Mark does not identify them. SCRIPTURE AND CONTEXT Mark 1:14–20 says Jesus came into Galilee proclaiming God's Kingdom. Beside the Sea of Galilee he called Simon and Andrew as they cast a net, then James and John as they mended nets in a boat with their father Zebedee and hired servants. The complete World English Bible passage appears on-screen in order and repeats through the film.
