Nokukhanya Ntuli: CMA WOMED Project - Interview Archive

The Women in Mediation (WOMED) project aims to highlight African ways of mediation and peacemaking that ensure the recognition and inclusion of women in mediation processes. With the support of the National Institute for the Human and Social Sciences (NIHSS), this Centre for Mediation in Africa (CMA) project endeavours to provide a more robust understanding of women’s roles in peace processes as peacemakers and mediators from an African perspective; to identify the gaps and challenges that prevent women’s inclusion as mediators in peace-making; and to draw lessons from women’s impactful and extensive involvement in community level mediation for improvement of mediation outcomes at higher levels. #CentreforMediationinAfrica #CMA #Mediation #Africa #Women
