True Confessions of the Un-deployed Wife (VP-11)

I found this in my deceased parents stuff. My dad was the XO and CO of VP-11 in the early 1970s. There is no sound. My mom is at the beginning and end of the film. Wives and children are in this production. At the end it says it was narrated by Joanne Gallo but it doesn't not have sound. I don't know if the film I have had sound and it wasn't converted or it does not have sound.
