Same Torah, Two Worlds: Haredi vs. Dati Leumi

Both communities are Orthodox. Both observe Shabbat, keep kosher, and pray from the same text. Both believe in the same God. One sends its sons to IDF combat units. The other says Torah study is a form of national service — and that the Israel Supreme Court has no business telling them otherwise. This is Haredi Judaism and Dati Leumi Judaism. The same Torah. Two completely different answers to the question of what God wants from the Jewish people right now.
