Elegance in every grain - Tissue Culture Teak

The ICFRE-IFGTB, Coimbatore focuses on genetic improvement and clonal production of teak through tissue culture. Recognizing the scope, MoEF&CC, has launched a national programme on teak cloning through ICFRE to popularize clonal plantations across the country. IFGTB has developed protocol for mass multiplication of TC Teak and supplied to stakeholders. IFGTB has collaborated with commercial labs to mass production of TC Teak. This documentary helps to raise awareness on TC teak and management practices which can yield attractive financial returns.
