🔴 LIVE: PS5 Won’t Update! Disc Drive Unplugged + Overheating | Work Order 15181

This PlayStation 5 was brought into Device Drop after repeatedly failing the system update process and displaying an error code. As soon as the outer cover was removed, we found something suspicious — the optical disc drive power connector was completely disconnected. The system has also been overheating and was previously serviced by another repair location, so today we’re going deeper.
