Breaking Silence Building Support Project NORSAAC

Breaking Silence, Building Support (BS² Project) seeks to address menopause as a critical yet often overlooked stage in women’s lives. Menopause remains surrounded by stigma, misinformation and silence, particularly in communities where discussions about women’s health are limited. The project aims to strengthen support systems for menopausal women and reduce the social, emotional and health challenges associated with this important life transition. Through education, advocacy, community engagement and improved access to support services, Breaking Silence, Building Support will empower women to navigate menopause with greater knowledge, dignity and support.
