Curú Wildlife Refuge & Tortuga Island Tour | Paquera, Costa Rica

About Episode 041: In this episode we charter a boat to the Curú Wildlife Refuge, a popular destination for tourists visiting Tortuga Island. Established as Costa Rica's first privately owned refuge back in 1933, Curú is home to abundant wildlife and has one of the most beautiful protected beaches on the Nicoya Peninsula. During our tour, we went on a guided nature hike and learned about the native flora and fauna as we experienced it for ourselves. After our tour, we were off to Tortuga Island for lunch and snorkeling before concluding our day at Playa los Vivos, a beautiful black sand beach.
