Christmas Lanterns at Chester Zoo | Zoo After Dark Experience

Take a gentle evening walk through Lanterns at Chester Zoo, a seasonal after-dark event that transforms the zoo with glowing animal lanterns, colourful displays, and a relaxed nighttime atmosphere. In this calm walk and review, I explore the lantern trail at a slow pace, showing the illuminated animal sculptures, lighting, and overall ambience as Chester Zoo comes to life after dark. Lanterns offers a very different experience from a daytime visit, with a quieter feel and a focus on light, colour, and atmosphere rather than the animals themselves. This video is ideal if you’re planning a visit, or if you simply enjoy peaceful walking videos, zoo experiences, and gentle evening scenery.
