Poolsbrook parkrun, #284

Please like & subscribe if you have enjoyed watching this video! Saturday the 21st June, running the Poolsbrook parkrun 284th parkrun and 7th Poolsbrook. A relatively flat course with some rises and falls at either end of the lake, run on mostly gravel paths. While I knew I should be taking it easy ahead of the Round Sheffield Run on Sunday, but got slightly carried away and set a 25 second course PB.
