In this video, I show the full process of building a bushcraft clay shelter deep in the forest, starting from a flexible wooden frame made of thin tree trunks similar to those used in traditional woven fences. Step by step, I shape the curved structure, then completely cover it with layers of hand-applied clay, forming thick insulated walls that blend naturally into the landscape. As the shelter begins to take shape, I install a round window, craft a wooden plank door, and create a moss-covered roof that adds both camouflage and warmth. Around the base, I place stones and plant greenery to give the entrance a clean, finished look. Inside, a small wood stove brings life into the space as smoke gently rises from a hidden chimney in the roof. Built entirely from natural materials and simple bushcraft techniques, this clay house turns from a raw forest clearing into a warm, functional, and beautifully organic hideout — made completely by hand from start to finish.
