IRIMEE is a legendary institute of Indian Railways which has produced mechanical engineer since 1888 when it was established as a technical school by British. Training of Mechanical engineering officers started since 1927. It has produced top management level officials like CRB, MM, GM, DRM etc since then. IES probationary officials trained here currently
