Humus Records 2026 - ABOUT : The Mahre shortfilm was created by the Finnish multidisciplinary visual artist Eeli Helin. The film is an exploration of the depths of human psyche, the dreads and terrors concealed within it, and how it looks like when these abstract notions come into flesh and present themselves in tangible reality. It's an immersive experience of a callous and colourless world where nightmares are personified, deeply unsettling and disturbing. The narrative is buried deep, as the viewer is invited to take the plunge into the world of Mahre without safeguards or exit signs in place. About the creation of the film counterpart for "MAHRE", Helin comments; It is always a pleasure to work with Rorcal, and this, the most gigantic undertaking of my artistic career so far, that took over a year to accomplish, was no different.
