Date Filmed: 24 September 2026 As The September School Holidays For 2026 Has Come To The End, It Is Currently The Term 4. The Term 4 Is Running Until The Mid-November 2026 If I Think Since The Term 4 Has 10 Weeks, Similar To The Term 3 Style. The Term 4 Is Part Of The Semester 2 While The Semester 1 Is Served By Term 1 & 2 In Every Year Which Includes Of 2026. Since The Time Might Travel Fast, I Might As Well See How Much Things I Would Be Able To Film. Before I Said More Of It, The School Holidays Would Be Getting Another One Step Closer Very Soon As Some Of The Secondary Schools Would End By End-October 2026 While The Primary School Would Continue To Run Until The Last Term 4 Of The Week 10. The School Term Isn't Really Having The School Holiday As Mostly On Sundays, The Sundays Would Be Put As Public Holiday Since No One Would Work On The Every Sunday Week Of The School Term Period. The School Term Plays The Role Of Having School Serving Every Day Except That Some Of Them Might Happen To Occur For School Celebrations, Like The Chinese New Year, National Day & Teacher Day. Racial Harmony Day Would Also Be Included But The Secondary School Would Have It During The Normal Lesson To Prevent More Disruption From Happening. So As These Celebrations Were Cleared For This Year, It Would Repeat For Another Next Year. Since The Week 4 Of The Term 4 Is Already Over, It Is Time That It Is The Term 4 Week 5. The Week 5 Of The Term 4 Would Run From 12 October 2026 To 18 October 2026 and Then From 19 October 2026, The Term 4 Week 6 Would Start. As The Day 2 Enters For The Term 4 Week 5, I Have Decided To Visit Another New BTO HDB Flat Which Is Another High-Rise One. This Time, It Is Still Located In Boon Keng But Around Few Hundred Metres Away From The Towner. I Actually Took Walk To Come Here Since I Actually Have Plan To Take The Bus But Due To The Short Distances Between The New BTO HDB Flat, I Also Wanted To Save The Public Transport Fare Because In Another Few Hours, I Would Be Travelling To Another Location To Get The Ride Of The Brand New C810D Vehicles Which Were Operating Mostly On The Sengkang LRT That Time/Moment. It Wasn't Raining So I Was Happy That I Could Walk Around The Area. The McNair Heights Featured With Striking Grey and Marine Blue Exterior. The Modern Facade Design Is Balanced With Clean Neutral Tones To Complement Its Prominent City-Fringe Stature. Unlike The Older Neighbour Developments Like McNair Towers, McNair Heights Is Cooler and More Contemporary Color Scheme To Align With It's Modern Architectural Styling. Large Windows Were Design To Maximize Natural Light and Offers Good Views Outside. Construction Of The McNair Heights Were Begin Since 2021 During The Covid-19 Period and Took About 5 Years To Complete. The McNair Heights Have 3 Main High Rise BTO HDB Flat Which Features Of Block 141A, 141B & 141C. The Completion Of The McNair Heights Was Completed By The Second Quarter Of 2026 Which Instead Was Completed On 1 June 2026 Ahead Of The Timeline. In September 2026 When I Record, It Was Open For Public. The McNair Heights Have Different Floor For The Highest Ones. Block 141A & Block 141B Has 40 Floors Altogether While Block 141C Has 34 Floors, Which Is Much Shorter To The Other McNair Heights Blocks. The HDB Flat Is Located Near To Boon Keng MRT Station, Within 10 Minute Walk So That People Can Easily Take The Public Transport To Travel To The City Centre Area In Singapore District To Get Access To Shopping and Futher More. Featuring In This Video Is The Elevators Located At The Block 141 [C] McNair Heights. The McNair Heights Doesn't Have The Boarding Groups As This Elevator Serves Up To Floor 34. The 3 Elevators Were All Serving The Same Floors Which Features With Elevator/Lift A To Elevator/Lift C Which I Filmed The Middle Elevator/Lift.
