Όπως αναφέρουν, εδώ και λίγη ώρα, ρωσικά μέσα ενημέρωσης, επικαλούμενα δημοσιεύματα Ουκρανικών και οι τρεις θερμοηλεκτρικοί σταθμοί του Κιέβου έχουν σταματήσει την παραγωγή ηλεκτρικής ενέργειας, κατόπιν πληγμάτων. Σύμφωνα με ουκρανικά μέσα ενημέρωσης, η πόλη αναγκάζεται να στραφεί σε τροφοδοσία από γειτονικές περιφέρειες μέσω του δικτύου ηλεκτροδότησης. Παράλληλα, λόγω ζημιών σε κρίσιμες υποδομές, παραμένει ο κίνδυνος διακοπών ρεύματος στην ουκρανική πρωτεύουσα, οι οποίες ενδέχεται να διαρκούν έως και 20 ώρες την ημέρα κατά τη διάρκεια του χειμώνα. Η είδηση αυτή της παύσης λειτουργίας και των τριων θερμοηλεκτρικών εργοστασίων που βρίσκονται στο Κίεβο, έρχεται μετά τη χθεσινοβραδυνή μαζική ρωσική επίθεση με μη επανδρωμένα αεροσκάφη και πυραύλους, στην οποία, όπως ανέφερε σε ανάρτηση του και ο Ουκρανός πρόεδρος Βολοντίμιρ Ζελένσκι, συμμετείχε ένας πολύ μεγάλος αριθμός UAV, περισσότερα από 850 «Shahed», από την αρχή της χθεσινής ημέρας έως τις 9:00 π.μ., όπως είπε, με δεκάδες από αυτά τα ρωσικά μη επανδρωμένα αεροσκάφη να πλήττουν τελικά τους στόχους τους.
