1908: Several decades prior, in the 1880s, Cetus forcefully seized South Corvus, a region renowned for its iron and coal deposits. Over the next twenty years, the Corvuns, heavily reliant on coal for their industries, experienced a gradual economic decline, with numerous urban centers in Corvus descending into poverty and rampant crime. In 1908, the Corvun Army invaded from the north, fueled by revenge for its stolen lands. The Southern Corvus War begins. Blackton is a boomtown located near the northern border, home to businessmen and the families of coal miners. The town's populace received no warning of the Corvun invasion, resulting in many civilians being caught in the crossfire.
